SERVICE PROFESSIONALISM
They said they couldn’t perform my oil change but topped it off with oil. They charged me $20. When I started dribing I noticed my car was really loud all of a sudden! Never again jiffy lube
friendly staff, quick servise
Good oil change with a great team. Also tried to get radiator flushed. The technician after trying to do the radiator flush was unsuccessful because of the sensor blocking his ability. He had partially drained the overflow tank and then refilled it. A day later while driving I got a low radiator fluid warning. Luckily I was close to home and was able to add fluid. I would be wary of doing anything but oil changes.
Friendly and honest service!
I called prior to my visit and asked about the price for my 2017 Escalade with 144,800 miles. The employee quoted $77. Why did I have the price double? Bait and switch after my car oil was being drained.
Personal attention, clear explanations, cordial staff
Stated truck required fully synthetic when owner’s manual does not state this. Recommended oil treatment that is specifically stated to avoid in the owner’s manual. Stated I declined vacuuming of truck and washing of windows. Why would I possibly decline this? This was actively not performed by Jiffy Lube staff. Very unhappy with experience. While the staff member was obviously a smooth salesman, the attempted unnecessary upcharges without performing the actual stated services doesn’t give me any desire to return.
You didn’t disappoint me. I just don’t go around recommending businesses. Everybody knows about Jiffy Lube.

It was fast and efficient. However one reason it was so fast is because they forgot to do my windshield wipers. I purchased wiper and didn’t discover the new ones were not on until I GOT HOME. I had to drive back across town which Aldo’s caused me to use personal leave time from my job!

HELLO. I'VE BEEN COMING TO ANNAPOLIS JIFFY LUBE FOR LITERALLY YEARS.
I OBSERVED THAT THE FELLOW CLEANING MY WINDOWS AND ROTATING MY TIRES WAS NOT UP TO MY USUAL JIFFY LUBE QUALITY SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
NOT ONLY WERE THE GLASS PORTIONS OF THE WINDOWS CLEANED POORLY, BUT THE DIRT THAT WAS ON THE WINDOWS WAS SIMPLY TRANSFERRED SLOPPILY ALL OVER MY CAR DOORS IN A CLEARLY VISIBLE MESS ON EACH BODY PANEL BELOW EVERY WINDOW EXCEPT THE WINDSHIELD WHICH WAS PROTECTED BY A WINDSHIELD WIPER GUTTER AREA.
AND, WHEN I WATCHED HIM WORKING ON ROTATING MY TIRES, AND HIS IMPROPER WAY OF TIGHTENING LUG NUTS - WHICH THANKFULLY WAS CAUGHT - AT LEAST ON THE SIDE I COULD SEE FROM THE CUSTOMER LOUNGE WINDOW - BY A MANAGER - IT MADE ME NERVOUS, PARTICULARLY SINCE HE REFILLED MY CAR WITH OIL AFTER DRAINING.
WHAT COULD HE HAVE DONE WRONG WITH THE OIL REFILLING PROCESS? DID HE PUT TOO MUCH - OR TOO LITTLE - IN MY CAR?
ARE THE WHEELS HE WORKED ON OVER ON THE SIDE I COULDN'T SEE IF THE MANAGER CAUGHT HIM LIKE HE DID ON THE SIDE i COULD SEE GOING TO COME LOOSE WHILE I'M DRIVING AT HIGHWAY SPEED DAYS/WEEKS/MONTHS LATER?
AND, WHEN I GOT BACK IN MY CAR OUT IN FRONT OF THE STORE, I HAD A MESSAGE ON MY DASH. THE HOOD HAD NOT BEEN PROPERLY CLOSED. WHAT MIGHT HAVE HAPPENED IF I WASN'T PAYING ATTENTION TO MESSAGING ON MY DASH? FRONT HOOD BLOWING UP OFF THE CAR AT HIGHWAY SPEED?
UNFORTUNATELY, AFTER TODAY'S EXPERIENCE, I'M JUST NOT SO SURE I CAN RETURN TO ANNAPOLIS JIFFY LUBE FOR MY CAR SERVICE. IT IS UNFORTUNATE BUT I DON'T REALLY KNOW WHAT TO DO AT THIS POINT. I DIDN''T AND DON'T REALLY WANT TO, BUT NOW I WILL CERTAINLY LOOK AROUND ELSEWHERE FOR A DIFFERENT AUTO SERVICE.
AT THIS POINT I DON'T FEEL I HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICE.
