I did not appriciate feeling pressued to get other things done besides the oil change. And when I declined the other services was told, "well it's your car". Maybe an oil change is all I can afford!! What happened to making the customer feel welcome there and not judged?????

They are very helpful
I am a repeat customer at this particular Jiffy Lube. My daughter also uses their services. They are generally very fast and don't keep you waiting for hours. They also appear to be professional and competent, and don't seem to want to take advantage of customers by offering unnecessary services. I will likely continue going to this particular shop.

I know NOTHING about cars, I can ALWAYS trust that not only do they give me car the diligence, they provide education to me without the confusing language most other auto people use. The Jiffy Lube Reisterstown crew have exceptional capabilities and exceptional customer service. They are knowledgeable with assisting to ensure that I am well aware of things before it happens and they go above and beyond to ensure I’m safe. I travel all the time to two other states, and they make sure I’m taken care of at every visit ; and in between oil changes. I’ve been attending for years and they are family at this point. Today and everyday I’m grateful for the time and attention I receive. Bravo! 🎉
