I just don’t like the way they are trying to tell me my filter is dirty when it’s not. I used to like to come here a lot. I guess it’s different management now the people that use to work there are nice and honest are not there anymore. I don’t think I would be coming back to this location

I like going to Jiffy lube, they get oil change done quick and top off your car as needed.
The oil trace and print left behind inside the car is what i dislike about Jiffy lube.
Maybe the mechanics should put some cover on the seat before seating in the car to drive it in and out of the shop.maybe change glove after every car serviced. My seat look dirty by black grease, and grease hand and foot print all over inside the car. on the Gear shift, bottom door frame, on seat , on glove compartment Cover. I had to clean grease inside the car every time i get service from jiffy lube . And this is first time i chose to complain about it.
To make things right: i should either get reimbursed for the oil change service that day, or pay for my car inside detail cleaning.
