Too much air was put in 2 my tires luckily my car told me, very dangerous, it's unfortunate because I've been going to Jiffy lube for along time. Not comfortable trusting staff that can't even check tire pressure. Educate staff please before they hurt someone.

I went for an oil change and the staff did their usual good job. I asked if they could check the breaks and they were hesitant about that saying they’d have to take off the wheels and I got the feeling they really didn’t want to. I let it slide because I’ve got a regular mechanic. But if you advertise that you check breaks maybe your folks should be more eager to do it.
But my oil change and coolant replacement was done quickly and professionally. I also used the coupon you guys sent and that saved me a little cash.

Friendliness and communication
Took in to get oil change and transmission fluid topped off. Said it was to dirty on the under carriage. Did it myself the next day. Looked like a normal under carriage to me. Slightly oiled but I literally did not get dirty changing the oil and filling up tranny fluid.
Last years team was 1000% more helpful.
