Since I was a child, growing up in Framingham, Landry's has always been the place to get new bikes, bikes repaired, or parts to DIY.
The knowledge and expertise of the staff that work in the Norwood location is beyond fantastic. They remember your name, not that I am in that often, but it is greater than great Customer Service to be welcomed to a store where we are spending money. Especially welcoming when they greet you by name.
I always feel my bike will be better off when I leave based on the recommendations of the staff but also because they listen to me explain what's going on with my ride or what I want from the change in part or repair.
We all know there are plenty of places to make these purchases and/or repairs but why go anywhere else besides your local Landry's bicycle shop where you can buy a new bike at the best price going or get repairs done by experts who know what's best for your bike...
I would give them more than 10 * * * * * * * * * * if I could!!!

everyone from the norwood store was super helpful as I spent a fair amount of time there testing different bikes and asking lots of questions. really appreciate their expertise and patience with all of my questions
