The shop was full of bikes to be repaired. I put in a special request for a 10 day turnaround and the shop beat it by 2 days. Service staff have always been helpful in explaining repairs needed.

Great customer service
I love that your staff are upfront and honest when I came in to have my bikes given a tuneup what my bikes needed and called when a few more things came up. It really felt like when I dropoff my car at the mechanic! Picking up I got the same service and they went over everything and helped me bring them out the door. Have bought a few bikes there and the staff know their stuff when it came to questions about features!!
