I bought spd cleats for my cycling shoes and although they did not fit right the first time, I came back and the young woman who works there adjusted them for me and was very kind. She said come back anytime if I felt they needed to be adjusted. Great customer service! Thank you!

Hi, I have been to the store a number of times. I was looking for a bike for my grandson, the staff were helpful, informative ans answered all my questions there was no pressure. I came back and purchased the bike recommended. It was on sale which was a factor thanks. First name removed

I dont usually write reviews but I wanted to call out the amazing service that I received at the Norwood Landry's location. I brought my two kids along to find a bike for my wife. With the help of the staff, I entertained my two year old while my wife looked at and tested bikes. I cannot say enough about how the staff patiently handled our family while we unfortunately mad a mess of the store. They also were very knowledgeable and helped me leave with a bike she is very excited about. I highly recommend this store and they have earned our business for life!

Great staff

Graham was awesome. Fixed the tube in my daughter’s bike on the spot. Made sure everything else was in working order… helped me understand what the tire pressures should be. Very nice young man! I’ll be back!
