We visited the store in Norwood and have been impressed with this location for it's openness and ability to showcase so many different bikes and products in so many different contexts. The staff was warm and inviting and knowledgeable. We were able to find what we needed and know that if we need further help the service department is a great resource.

They were courteous, gave honest assessment of my bike repairs, priced the work before I got the work done. I did need a new tube which was discovered and I got a call to confirm whether I wanted to go forward. Very helpful. The work was quoted at taking a week but was complete in 4 days.
