Hannah was great. Made my life easy by writing up an invoice for my business and had the part ready before I arrived! Also she took the extra time to show me how to install on my own as it was a kickstand but required special attention to the different sized screws included in the kit. Thank you for great customer service.

Your staff are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They make average people who don’t have high end gorgeous bikes feel welcome and important too! The store itself is clean, organized and your fees for bike repair are fair.
Turnaround time has always been great.

Not all Lendrys stores can claim that some of them I even consider visit to be honest All in one store is big, nice welcoming with friendly crew

What do you like about our products and services?

My wife (her bike) liked not having to travel to Boston to pick up the bike. We were able to find what she wanted, no other places we shopped could get it right away. We had the bike sent to the Norwood store. Easy to get to from RI.
