I have found the service dept accessible and available and as good as any smaller shop. I tended to think of Landrys as a big chain, but the smaller shops are too busy so I’m glad Landrys is here. I can’t afford the bikes, but appreciate the service department.

I bought a new Tacmac SL7 Comp yesterday. Hannah was awesome. It took several visits to get the correct parts (supply chain issues) that is a surprise. NOT!
She fitted me, I bought water bottle holders, pedals, pump and a mirror

The mechanic was also great in responding to a few questions

Doug was so awesome. My son needed a new bike and Doug was so helpful and knowledgeable. This is our third bike we’ve gotten at Landry’s, They are great! Would recommend to everyone!!

I called ahead the day before, spoke with Stephen (I think). He confidently followed through with my request to see if an item, bike rack, was in stock. He suggested that I put a reserve on it.
Next day, the product was there and I was happy to purchase it, and got great help from Matt installing it.
Great advise on a bike purchase too from Matt. I’m not certain yet about which bike to buy, but Matt listened, asked some great questions, and offered up good suggestions.
