"What do you like about our Products", that is a bit of a tough question since you seem to be effective become a Trek/Bontrager dealership and although the quality of what they make is good their rapid growth seems to be mostly based on business practices instead of a groundswell of purchaser popularity. Your hyping yourself up Local Employee owned collection of shops seems a bit meaningless when you could blindfold someone and put them either in a Landry's or a Trek owned shop and not be able to tell the difference.
Its the service despite the products that keeps bringing me back.

I brought in a unique bike for service, and everyone on staff seems to know what it was immediately. When there were additional tasks to do, it was easy for Doug to describe on phone what was wrong, and what needed to be replaced and fixed.
It was honest, and excited work. I could see and hear the smiles on everyone I talked to.
There's more to be done, I'm waiting on a call about an import part arriving. I look forward to working with this shop more!
