Sales people helped alot choosing the right bike rack for my wife's car, and Shawn (spelling?) did a great job helping us put it on her car and showing us how to put the bike on the rack. The other female installer was very helpful in changing out my wife's saddle for a better, more comfortable one for women.

I appreciated the kindness and practicality of the staff at Landry's in Norwood. When I brought my bike in, the person helping explained my options and answered all my questions. The bike was repaired right in line with the estimated time they predicted. When I picked it up, the associate helped me bring it to the car. He showed me how to take the front tire off to get it in my car without a bike rack and was more than happy to explain a few things about the bike to me.
