You did not have the required air filter for my truck. Additionally, have you checked the price of a cabin air filter? Please don't tell me you don't control prices.
On a positive note, the young man explaining the air filters and price was very polite. Once he gets a little longevity at the shop, he will be able to speak with more conviction. He is a nice guy.

Thorough inspection
Only issue I experienced with this shop is it needs better waiting accommodations, too many people waiting a in a very small area and the pull up back area is too small. The staff was polite and helpful so I would recommend Jiffy Lube but to a different location due to the inadequate space reason.

The first 15-minute oil change I’ve received from the Jiffy Lube chain—I was impressed! The greeting mechanic was nice and personable as well as there were kids toys my daughter could play with in the waiting room. I’ve been going to another Maryland jiffy lube location for the last 2 years and never received such fast and comfortable service; even the waiting room environment felt more relaxed! I’ll be back for sure!
