The staff were very professional and friendly. Also earlier in the day I went to Valvoline who told me that the oil for my car was out of stock... really? So I called Jiffy Lube, they answered the phone and invited me to come over since they had the oil in stock.
I had an unusual situation with a brand new car telling me I had 1% oil left and needed to change the oil immediately. The dashboard had a message to change the oil NOW and froze that message in the screen so I coukd not see any other info on the dash. All the guys at Jiffy Lube were incredibly helpful and diligent about what coukd be going on. They finally changed the oil and all the settings, and attributed it to a faulty service setting that the dealer must have made. It was pretty scary driving the car with a frozen dashboard, but the guys resolved it all.

Fast and quality service.
The good: the staff was friendly seemed very straightforward. They let me bring in my own oil and filter and charged me much less not having to use their parts. They looked up the oil my car needed and that helped me find the right parts at the auto part store.
Service was fast. They honored ALL coupons available for different services I purchased. Price was much much better (even including the parts purchase) than going to the dealer.
Improvement: just the lobby could be cleaner and "gas station coffee" could be a lot better had they just bought a Keurig machine.
The video playing about different types of oil and filters and what they did was informative.

While I was there, the sales manager is selling the same differential fluid change to every customer. Telling them how it is needed before brakes lock up. How it is possible every customer needs it? When it came to my service, they didn’t want to honor my 20% holiday coupon because I bought my own oil lol even though the system accepted my coupon. My coolant fluid still say low coolant. You guys are just big scams. Some employees think they own the store lol

I have used your service for years, but after asking not to be upsold I was anyway. Somewhat insulting.
