Wonderful service however there was some miscommunication that resulted in my tires getting rotated (which was un-needed due to me just getting my brakes changed which incurred a tire rotation). I myself am not very car savvy so I do not want to blame the employee, I feel it was a coaching moment for him and explaining and myself with understanding/ asking questions. The manager was polite and gave me a refund.

I went in for a possible brake job. Within five minutes, I had a diagnosis and an estimate. My rear brakes were replaced within about an hour. The staff was attentive and courteous, and I couldn't believe how fast the work was completed.

They put the wrong filter on my car and it blew off leaking oil all underneath my car and the road. They offered a refund and new oil change. My engine may have permanently been damaged

This is another time when I've went to jiffy lube and they did not put a oil change milage sticker on my windshield. I like when dealers do that as a courtesy. But this is another time that jiffy lube did not do this.
