The sincere greeting at the arrival, explained about the facilities in house, and the fastest turn-around of the oil change. Not pressure tactic in selling unwanted services.

The previous time I was there they did not put my filter back on properly. After my neighbors noticed my car was leaking oil in the parking lot I took my car to my local mechanic. That's when I was told whomever did my oil change didn't put my filter back correctly and could've caused serious damage to my vehicle. When I went back to Jiffy Lube and spoke to a manager he just down played it and said next time to just bring the car back to them. He didn't offer me a discount or anything on my service. But told me I needed some additional services which I declined. They just want your money. No consideration for a loyal customer who has been coming to them for years.

I always enjoy the friendliness and efficiency of the staff at the Elkridge location. I moved out of the area a couple years ago and still prefer to drive there than visit my new local one! Thanks guys.

Oil was spilled all over the front of my engine. Little to no attempt to clean or wipe up.

$109 oil change was actually $142 at cash out. Extra charges without explanation.

It was approximately 15 minutes for my vehicle to receive service. It was explained to me everything that was checked and what wasn't clear, they explained it to my understanding. I also like the fact I can see them while they are working on my vehicle. The only downfall is the cost. I understand COVIC and inflation.....but it hurts.....
My father graduated from West Point military academy, He served in Viet Nam. He was in the Army for 22 years. He owns a 2018 chevy tahoe , I bring it in and always get the military discount. Your employee questioned me on the discount, like I needed his military ID or dd214, I was completely offended. If your going to offer our military family a discount do it without question.

Very knowledgeable and helpful.
The staff was, and is always, extremely personable and helpful. Even upon opening in the morning, everyone was welcoming and ready to help customers. I also appreciate Ro for helping me with a question I had regarding a possible leak; he explained how jiffy lube could help me identify if I indeed have a problem. I will definitely go back to get it checked out, and if there is a problem, I would absolutely let the staff at this jiffy lube take care of it, if it is within their abilities and duties as the company allows.
