Always Short staff, window not cleaned properly, could not get my tires rotated now have to come back ,will go eleswhere, want to make sure I do not need anything else done to my car. Was rushed IT IS NOT THE EMPLOYEE FAULT your company is going downhill for profit no more customer service because you work your employees to hard with limited staff.

Had an oil change and tire rotation done today (11/9/2024) at the Gambrills Jiffy Lube on Rte 3. One of the "technicians" stole an item out of my vehicle while it was being serviced. I know for 100% surety that it was stolen during my service. Whoever did it, you sold your personal character and integrity for $13.00 and lost your employer a customer forever.
I appreciate the transparency and assistance provided by the staff. Given recent events, it can be concerning for women to navigate public spaces; however, the unwavering support and respect demonstrated by the team is truly commendable. Thank you for fostering such a supportive environment.

I wanted my tires rotated. They said it would be double since their after market wheels and tires - no problem I tell them. Then the bald guy wants to come into the waiting room and tell me I can't rotate the tires. I asked so your not going to provide a service I requested? He said the treads are too low and if it rains I will lose traction. I told the bald guy, fine, don't rotate them then. Of course he did not tell the service bay where they continued to struggle to get the lug caps off.
Service ticket states 40 psi at all tires. When I got in my truck, 39 psi in 3 of the 4 tires with the 4th tire having 35 psi.
My passenger door was ajar (not closed all the way). Passenger side carpet was not vacuumed.
They also kept my wheel lock key. I had to search for it before heading back to the service bay to retrieve it.
Even paying double wasn't enough. I'm glad I didn't spend more money with this location. I doubt returning in the future. I live 45 minutes from this location and still preferred to use this location. That changed during my visit.

I'm not sure if I was told the truth when I called in to see how busy they were-they were busy and I had to wait upon arrival and was told they were empty on the phone. Other than that, they were pleasant, efficient, and while I'm not 100% they didn't upsell me on items I did not need, they were helpful and easy to work with.
Techs were very courteous, and the service was FAST!!!
