Generally, I have been using this Jiffy Lube location for over 20 years and always get great service and the staff are always helpful and friendly. The waiting area is clean, comfortable, and well maintained and I always enjoy the opportunity to have a cup of coffee there. I stopped there yesterday morning for service on my way into work. It was a warmer day, the sun was out, and the coffee was fresh. As odd as it may seem, my quick visit at Jiffy Lube that morning started my day off right.

Your staff was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. Didn't push me to get anything extra. Only did what I ask for which I really appreciate. Also you are in and out and that is a big plus.

Been going to the same Jiffy lube in Beltsville for many years and this is first time I have been left disappointed.I had been going there because I knew the previous manager-who apparently left since my last visit.But the reason for my disappointment was when i looked at my car the next day the oil pan skid protector was barely hanging on because it wasn't put back into place properly and I felt oil around the drain plug and was covered in oil and I thought it was leaking but whomever changed the oil didn't wipe around the plug and check for LEAKS which is VERY important!And finally not that it's a big deal the guy told me the serpentine belt needed changed which I kinda knew because the car is old so I asked how much and how long to do? So he quoted the price and said it takes 45min to an hour- so I said OK but he didn't tell me he didn't have the belt at the shop- he comes about an hour and 15 minutes later and says " we are just waiting on the belt- would have like to have known that beforehand
