The delivery man, Jamal, was professional and friendly and worked fast and hard to deliver the propane. He and I discussed a better plan for the next time he comes since we have two large tanks in the backyard for our Generac that will need service too.

Thank you for coming out on Monday morning after the July 4th storm. I was using my generator, and my propane was getting low. I did not have to call to request more propane - your technology that gives real time tank readings allowed you to come to my rescue!
We have these generators for emergencies, and I would hope that Superior Plus has plans to respond to people with low propane following these events. If there are power outages over a large geographic area - is there a plan to surge trucks from non-impacted areas? I hope so (if not please create one).
I use Holden's oil delivery service, gasoline filling station, propane filling station and oil burner maintenance and repair service. I have never had a bad experience with any of their services.

We love that they’re very friendly and kind no matter what even we had that bad weather they still came last year with that snow. He was an older gentleman, but he was very nice and polite and he said I will do my best ma’am to make it and he did you guys are the best your prices are awesome. Appreciate you all.
