Good service. Only problem i had was trying to get someone on the phone to inquire about delivery status. I was on hold for almost 20 minutes!!! Really! I did use the website to order a delivery. There was no way to see from that process that my request order was received and where I was in the process for delivery. I was just hanging out there without knowledge of status. This is very very concerning.

Our delivery driver was so great. We shamefully did not shovel our path to our unit and he went through without a complaint to get the delivery done to ensure we did not run out. He deserves shout out!
