Everything seems to work well and the service is great. What I don't like is the fact that I cannot go into the office in Sterling and ask questions regarding my payments. The way paperwork is done is sometimes very confusing for me and I often need help.

I recently needed to check the status of my propane tank due to an issue with my heat. The propane tanks are remotely monitored and when I called I was able to talk with a representative who stated my tank was 75% full which allowed me to determine I needed to get furnace repairs promptly.

I appreciate the efficiency of Osterman's services. My propane is delivered on time; I have never had a problem in 20 years. The people who deliver are always pleasant and professional. Osterman is also good about working with me to come up with affordable ways to pay for my propane. Thank you!
