We are new customers and needed an inspection prior to delivery. The gentleman who did the inspection was so patient with us and very knowledgeable answering all of our questions and even offered additional tips and advice. The same with the delivery person. Very friendly offering his time to answer any questions or concerns that we might have. They made a very good first impression on our introduction to this company! The only downside is that it did take 3 weeks from the time we set up our account to get an actual delivery, but I do understand it is the beginning of the heating system and we are new to this process so I would recommend to anyone that you not wait until you see your tanks getting low to call. Overall we are quite happy with Osterman.

I like that I can set up a one time payment in the summer for the winter season, and that your deliveries are always ontime (though sometimes sooner than I had expected).
I like the ease of service, particularly that my payment is automatically pulled, but also that a doorhanger was left at my home to remind me of you annual payment.
Your delivery people are courteous and dependable. When we have questions, your staff is polite and we get quick responses. Your staff also works to accommodate customer requests to make our lives easier. I would highly recommend you.
