We are new customers and needed an inspection prior to delivery. The gentleman who did the inspection was so patient with us and very knowledgeable answering all of our questions and even offered additional tips and advice. The same with the delivery person. Very friendly offering his time to answer any questions or concerns that we might have. They made a very good first impression on our introduction to this company! The only downside is that it did take 3 weeks from the time we set up our account to get an actual delivery, but I do understand it is the beginning of the heating system and we are new to this process so I would recommend to anyone that you not wait until you see your tanks getting low to call. Overall we are quite happy with Osterman.
