I continued using them when I moved into the house and they have been helpful during the transition. I was disappointed when they changed over because you cannot call directly anymore. I had a gas leak last year it was only a recording giving prompts and leaving a message. I had to call the fire department when they did reach out they did send a service person to repair the leak. They were very helpful then and also gave me credit for what was wasted. They also worked with me on auto payments and gave me a discount and senior discount too. I am pleased now that they handled everything well.
On automatic delivery and propane is always delivered in a timely manner.

However, I am disappointed that you have dropped the service of our gas appliances such as freestanding and inserts. So far, I have located a retired individual to help us but I am uncertain how long that relationship will last.
I have never had a delivery problem with Osterman Superior. My buried tank is in the woods and they are aware of its location. I never worry about running out of propane - they know my usage and see to delivery at the appropriate time.
