Customer Testimonials
Nice polite people every time
Services are great and they're willing to work with you and set you up on a payment program which is great
We have been customers of Osterman/Superior LLC for 32 years.
We have always been treated fairly. Especially now as retirees our current price of $ 2.39.9 is excellent. Times are hard for everyone, expenses are "through the roof".
Your delivery drivers are excellent. Hopefully there will not be a shortage of drivers as last year.
One recommendation out side of using the online tools: In the event that we need to call Superior the wait time on the phone can be a half hour or more ? That should not be.
Thank you for asking for our feedback.

Timing re refill is impeccable. Delivery folks courteous and friendly. Thanks.
I just hope this year and in future years, when I call to get my tanks filled, I will see your truck within a week to fill them! We don't need to discuss what happened last year before the blizzard of 2026!
fair pricing and excellent customer service.
Always get our deliveries on time. Never have to worry about anything.
Like automatic delivery and ability to pre-buy in advance of winter heating season. Also local and flexible if needed.
Delivery person was very kind. Explained how to read the meter. I'm new to propane.
I have never run out of propane.
Fast reliable service!
Propane is propane. But Osterman has the personnel that care and address their attention to the customers.
Helpful to have monitor of tanks so no worries about running out.
