The system of monitoring the amount of propane in the tank and then automatically making a delivery is excellent. The fact that a very complete notice is left with the client at the time of delivery is most appreciated. The payment system works well. The delivery person is respectful of the property.

had major issues with them in january...they changed the delivery time from 3 days to 12 days,we were on a will call,,,almost ran out of propane in jan because of that..they kept changing the delivery .was supposed to be 3 days,then 4,then 5 then 6 and so on,every time i called they said the delivery would be the next day and they pulled the ticket for that day.Called a young lady in the main office in Maine...named Kimberly.,then Beth,than Jillian,on seperate days,..they kept telling me the same thing that a delivery was coming...we were getting the propane out of East Greenville,now we are getting it out of Reading which makes more sense .I'm 70 yrs old...my wife wanted to drop eastern propane but i said no...so we didnt.3 weeks ago i want on your portal ,the portal said we were going to get a delivery on the 13th of oct,then it was changed to the 20th,then there was no date set...i called the office in Reading a young lady named Mya.,on the 21st..explained the situation of the delivery,she set up a delivery ticket for us.still there was nothing on the portal of when that delivery was going to be,plus we are having issues on the left tank not reading properly,is stuck at full reading...so i didnt know how much we had ....your portal was saying 14%...,I was under the impression that auto delivery would be triggered at under 30%,we got a delivery on the 30th..the guy who made the delivery i asked about how do i know how much propane is in the tanks ,how do i read the gauges and what they mean,he explained it to me...the left tank gauge is not working,but basically if the reading on the 1 tank is working the other tank should basically have the same amount....the question now that i have,,,,do i have to call for a delivery ..i was told 2 dift things,,,auto delivery meant that we would get a delivery triggered at 30%...was told also that i have to call for a delivery...so which 1 is it....Was hard to give you a 9...considering what we went through in jan....but because we got a delivery in amount of time when i called last week i gave you that number.thank you for listening.......yours truly Name removed
