I've been with Kamps since 2011. Their service has always been responsive and communicative. Since Superior bought them out it's just not the same. I felt I got personalized service in an area where there are a lot of Kamps customers. I miss the small town feeling of their business.

I like that you monitor our tank and automatically come when propane is low. Your delivery folks are always friendly, polite, and able to answer questions when needed. I wish you were still a family owned local company as you were when I started with you, but there's nothing I can do about that and service has still been good.

Once a year, I order propane for the year and I pretty much forget about it after that. We have never run out of propane and the drivers are reliable and friendly.
They always know when to deliver and we don’t have to ever call them for a delivery. I don’t like the cost of it, but who does. I’m very happy with Kamps.
