Reliable and the office is always helpful
We have been Kamps customer for over 30 years. Your prices appear fair though we have never really compared against other local providers. In the past our tank was serviced when it reached the 30% level. It seems lately that the tank is not serviced until it indicates below 20% and into the "red zone". During this latest storm If we had used our tank to generate power with a generator (as many do around here) we probably would have run out of fuel with our 250 gallon tank. This concerns me as it seems the current method is to "estimate" fuel level rather than use what was done previously with a communication device on the tank. It seems I now need to monitor the tank myself and call you (or login to the website) when the tank reaches 30%? It just seems like a step backwards in service as now I need to remember to check the tank levels. Other than that, your products and services are great.

Auto fill. Price is rough
The process is seamless. The propane is always there, and I don’t even need to worry about it running out.
We like the prompt service, the fill ups on a calendar schedule, the discount for the tank reader and easy pay system. We don't like the high price of the propane but that is the price for the peace of mind we get living in the mountains.
Delivery was within a few days of request and staff followed directions for entry into site.

Fair price and good service
Timely service, quality product, easy to use pay and online services.
While dealing with a severe storm and a lack of power, running on generator, as my propane tank got very low with no signs of power coming back on, I contacted Kamps and asked them if they could please fill my tank. I explained my situation to them and within three days, one of which being a Sunday, I had my tank filled. My daughter actually spoke with a person in the office and also explained what was going on and she assured my daughter that our refill was on the list and they would get to as soon as possible. Great service and very helpful during these difficult times.

Your delivery drivers are the best. one of your drivers delivered propane to my home on 2/23/26. We had no idea he was making a delivery that day. I have a long, sloped driveway. We had a lot of snowfall in the prior weekend. I had plowed some of the driveway, but there was 2 plus feet of snow blocking my side yard where the propane tank is located. My son's Ford F250 truck blocked the side access to the propane tank. No one was home to assist your driver. He somehow waded through 2 1/2" of snow and around the truck to fill our tank.
Service and website.
I had asked for a call ot text when the driver was close so I could confine all of my dogs. Did not happen. I was able to shut 4 of the dogs in the house.
One got out. Driver did not shut the gate to keep her in. I had to go outside my yard and get soaked in the heavy rain to get my dog back in. Not happy. Driver has been there before and was aware of the fact that I have dogs.
