Prices seem to be more fair than competitors. Would rate a 10, but a couple times they have set appointments and not showed. That said, they do deliver fairly promptly once a call requesting delivery is made.

The Company is very professional & helpful when I need propane.
We have been a customer of Acme Propane since 2003 when swapped out an old AC/Heat Pump unit for an AC/Propane Heater unit. Because we now needed propane, we asked a few friends who recommended Acme since they were locally owned by a Lincoln, California family.
Kurt (don't know his last name) was the owner, and he and one of his drivers came out and set up the 250-gallon tank. We liked them right away and got to know some of his drivers over the years. We became aware that Kurt sold the company in around 2023, but there was no reason to look for a new propane provider. The transition was seamless, and still with great customer service. We have met new drivers and they are very friendly and customer-service focused. Upgrades have also occurred wherein a remote tank level meter was installed, and we get refilled based on usage. If, however, we have needed a refill for a particular reason, that request has been honored as well.
