Driver called prior to filling tanks to confirm we needed propane as he noticed we had a gas line meter installed. I appreciate the thought prior to filling however, we were low on propane and our gas line was not connected to the house which was noticeable with the propane line connected to the tanks.

Excellent, prompt, safe & very efficient delivery of Propane when our tank is running low, ie about 35% - 30% full. Kamps comes out automatically, without having to place a call to come out to fill our propane tank. When I pay the bill over the phone & talk to customer service, the staff is ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY, KIND, CARING & KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE LOVE HAVING KAMPS PROPANE COMPANY AS OUR PROVIDER FOR PROPANE GAS! I had called Kamps Propane about filling my tank a little early and was happy to see the truck coming up my hill. Thanks to your friendly serviceman who answered a few questions I had
about my tank. He told me not to worry about the gopher underneath the tank.

I like it that it is monitored so I do not have to worry about when it needs to be filled. i do not like it that you are now waiting for it to get to 3% before filling it. i would rather have it refilled at no lower than 15% so I dont have to worry about running out.
