At the end of the day, propane is propane. However, it is the service where the rubber meets the road!
That being said; Since starting service with Western Propane in 2018, and even through the transition to Superior, the same great service and attention we we have been a custom to receiving, has continued on an unfaltering level.
I would like to add that up here where we live in Pine Mountain Club, with a myriad of tank locations and many in unforgiving terrain, your drivers deal with some back breaking pulls, so kudos to them for the hard work they put forth everyday, rain, snow and at time even darkness!

Good price, Good service
I am on "auto-fill" service and do not have a tank quantity remote sensor so it is necessary for Superior/Western to "guess" how much propane I have remaining. I don't know exactly what formula they are using but I have had to call in the fall to get topped off for winter a number of times. At the most recent service, based on how much product was needed to bring my tank up to 85 percent, I was down to less than 20 gallons with cooler temps forecast and not on their delivery schedule. In my opinion, this is cutting things too close.
Because of this, I would rate their "auto-fill" service pretty much useless.
We like that the contents of the propane tank can be read from the office and that it is being monitored. Also, the delivery personnel care to provide good service.
We've been a Kamp customer for almost 25 years and have always been treated courteously and professionally. We're on "will call" and always have had our delivery with-in the week that it was ordered. Hoping that Superior will keep up the great customer service.
We have never had a problem with delivery. When I call the office the personal are super helpful, polite and prompt.
All just happens. No fuss. We always have fuel with the wireless tracker. As important KAMPS has invested in smaller trucks to service us more rural customers…

They always treat us great and work with us on getting propane! I would recommend always calling for a fill when your at about 30 % it always takes them a minute to get your propane to you, other than that everything is great!
