I cannot compare to any other service as this is the first home I have had that uses propane. Always have good response from phone calls. I like being on a plan to spread out my payments. And I like that they can monitor my need for more propane remotely. I have never been caught without propane so it makes me feel secure. The delivery driver is always nice and answers questions if I have any.

Last few winters have been mild, this year pretty cold so we'll see. I've been on the budget plan & it's been ok. They installed the remote tank level check which is nice but I don't check it, hope it works. I'd heard of someone running out because the gage stuck, hope that doesn't happen to us. But it was with different company.
My tank is always refilled before I run out of propane.

There is a local office although it keeps getting harder to contact a real person because there is not designated office staff
