At my request, you put me on automatic delivery when my tank reaches 30% rather than waiting until 20%. This is very important for me as my street is difficult during winter conditions. This gives me a buffer, extra days in case of bad weather. Also you filled it to 90% rather than 82%. Again a big help to me!! Means delivery is not as often, the extra 8%
So thank you for listening! Yes very happy!! And I don't have to call and beg for a delivery.

Tank monitoring is a helpful service. I have yet to call for a refill, it all happens on time without my getting involved or worrying about the tank getting too low.

Excellent service with automatic refill when tank is low.
We have been very happy with this company for many years, and this year when we had below freezing temperatures for several days in a row and our propane ran low before we realized it.
We were on a will call basis, and were at less than 1% propane left in our tank. I called, and although they couldn't make it out with propane that day, they were there at 7am the very next morning!
I thank them for being so prompt, and I thank God we didn't run out before we got our delivery.

We like that we're setup for automatic refill service. They are able to monitor our propane level remotely and automatically schedule a refill for us and notify us when they are coming. Office staff and delivery drivers are always very nice and helpful! Thank you!

Our propane tank had a defective valve. Kamps was very efficient in telling us what to expect, performing when and where they said they would, providing us with a temporary tank, and delivering us a lovely new tank! In the 40 years we've lived up here, not all of it with Kamps, we have had the world's ugliest propane tanks--chipped pealing paint, etc. Now we have one that looks brand new. All service provided/perfomed as advertised by very polite and informative service people. Thank you!
