Staff interaction and organized
I was feeling dehydrated and suffering from constipation after surgery. Call Dr. Robert Taylor, my doctor, and friend, he said to go to Baylor Frisco, and he would send an order for fluids. the care there was prompt, professional. I was very scared and was made comfortable by the care from nurse Julie in my opinion Dr. Taylor in Baylor are the best.

I was very pleased with the care I received from the professional staff at Baylor Medical Center during my visit on June 14, 2023. The wait time appeared to be quite long for the CT exam, but I felt calm, relaxed and well taken care of during the entire process. I wouldn’t hesitate to give this facility an A+ rating. I was very impressed with the communication between my specialty physician and emergency room doctor, actually it’s hands above from the care I have received from my PCP over the last few weeks. Thank you very much for taking very good care of me during this time.
At the moment I am waiting for a follow up call from Baylor to schedule an MRI, I hope this too can be scheduled in an efficient time frame. As of now, I have been scheduled for a surgical procedure within the next few days. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Honestly the staff is the friendliest and most professional you could hope to interact with, is like talking with old friends. They answer all of the questions you have and keep you informed of every step trough the process. Being in a hospital is never fun but the people at Baylor Scott & White are the best in my opinion.
Very clean and staff friendly. Lobby was very cold. We had to wait 0ver an hour to be called back but no one bothered to tell us the doctor was running late on first case.

I had a wonderful experience recently at Baylor Scott and White Hospital in Frisco! It was as good an experience as colonoscopies can be! The receptionists, technicians, nurses, anesthesiologists, and doctor, were all awesome! I highly recommend this hospital!
