Friendly staff
Post op nurses could be better informed about the procedures. My post op nurse was not educated and asked me if I had pain. I said yes in my chest and shoulders (from the air the pre op nurse told me would be put in me for better visual during surgery). Post op nurse saiid “Well they didn’t do surgery on your shoulder that shouldn’t be hurting!” It was rude and insensitive.
Everything else went great and other staff was kind and respectful.
Wonderful people very attentive
It is a new and clean facility with lots of light and welcoming spaces. The check in department is easy to find and the personnel are helpful and extremely positive and personable! The waiting room is comfortable and modern! The restaurant is great food with unique and tasty food!
The wait times are not long. The staff is cheerful and helpful. They are efficient, knowledgeable and answer all your questions completely!
The doctors and nurses are excellent and again explain the procedures and what you can expect in pain, recovering and healing time! The rooms are spacious, single, clean and light! The nurses are exceptional and efficient.
