The chair functions great! We've had very little trouble with it! We're currently contemplating adding another one for our basement.
Ease of use
Lift chair seems to work as it should. Never had a problem other than the seat adjustment seems sensetive. Sometimes the switch gets unstable as if seat does not sit properly. The maintance individule didn't speak or advise what he was doing, or if we had any issues or problems.
