First we were very pleased to meet David and hear about your product. He was very professional explaining the install process and the several safety features including the foot rest, seat and arm rests.
The installers were very good and fast. But they did take time to explain the process and even let me try it out several times.
It has only been a week since my new Cadillac lift was installed and I am so comfortable and confident going down to the basement. I can now do my laundry and shower without my daughter having to come over a couple times a week. Now when she comes we can visit or go out for lunch.

Our Bruno Stairlift is easy to operate, takes up very little space on stairs, and is quiet, We also love the way it's installed, it looks like removal would be easy requiring no major repairs.

It was a little disconcerting with the lack of communication between
the very capable worker who came out and the gentleman on the phone who
set the appointment.
Sales and install employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. Didn't try to "upsell" me on something we didn't need as other companies trying to sell the same product.
David, our salesman, was wonderful. He presented your service and understood our needs. Delmaro, our installer, did a great job with both the installation and explained how the stair lift worked. Both men were examples of caring people.

I was very happy to meet David ST John He met us at the showroom and encouraged me to use the chairs there instructing on what to do. He visited me at my house to look over the basement stairs and the upstairs stairs and later advised us as to which chair would be the best for me. Later he brought the representative from England to look advise uson the curved staircase He also showed us the proposed diagrams that they would install. On installation day the installer was extremely professional and advised me and my son the proper procedures of using the chair. I am extremely pleased with my experience at Arrow Lift andlooking forward to the installation of my upstairs chair life. I have thanked Mr St John and happy to give him credit for a very pleasant experience
