Our experience was wonderful from sales consultation to installation. We purchased a Bruno stairlift for our summer home in rural Ohio where we typically have difficultly getting in-home service of any type. Your sales representative took the time to make the trip to personally measure for the lift. Your technician provided a smooth installation & explained use, maintenance & warranty information. Overall, we are very pleased with product quality, value, & your company’s service.

We have had our elevator for approximately 5 years with daily use and problems. We do have an annual service contract and Arrow Lift calls us fatefully every six months to set up a service call to insure that the equipment is functioning properly.
All employees are kind and courteous. Communication is always current and pleasant.

Initially, I spoke with David St. John via phone to discuss the chair, features of the chair, price, and various options. Mr. St. John was very knowledgeable and thorough and answered all of my questions. Moreover, he was friendly and polite throughout our phone consultation. After speaking with Mr. St. John, I felt very comfortable with moving forward with purchasing the Arrow Lift Chair. I was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me to attend and met with Mr. St. John at my parent's house to discuss all other details and my mother was able to ask any questions regarding the chair. At the end of our meeting my mother and I felt comfortable with moving forward and we scheduled our installation appointment for the next weekend. I was impressed that we did not have to wait weeks to get it all done. In addition, the installer, Damorias was very pleasant, polite, and friendly and did an excellent job. He was very patient and explained to us how to operate the chair and answered all of our questions. I am very pleased with Arrow Lift and would highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a chair stair lift with an affordable price.
