Our chair is a Godsend! Well built & reliable. The service is top drawer. Everyone has been so caring and nice to deal with!
Our Stannah chair has served us well as it was first put in for my husband to be able to get to the basement and then when he later became bedbound and needed Caregivers, they now use it to access the basement to store his medical supplies and to do his laundry. It also helps me when I am carrying something upstairs.
It was installed in a timely manner the chair is easy to use and mad It so much easier to get to my basement safely.
The product works. If you have a problem, service is quick to rèpair it.

The elevator works good and only a couple minor things happened and were taken care of no problem. The service guy has been very polite and good and checks out all our questions that we might have.
Lift chair operates very smoothly
