Knowledge of trek bikes and spare parts for my tt bike
Your staff are always welcome, not pushy, and very informative. When they don't know something they look it up right away which shows motivation to aid the customer! Most of all I enjoyed how candid they are and when they don't have a product they admit it and dont try to drag you down the endless line or unequal possibilities.
