He gave me some good advice on best options of a rear carrier for the bike.

Great service, give one a quick idea of what needs to be done when you bring it in and never try to push something else as being needed to be done unless its absolutely necessary .
Also if something else needs to be done they email or phone you on it before going ahead and doing it and complete service on the day they say it will be ready for pickup,

great knowledge of products for new and repairs
I've been going here for what seems to be decades. The store has gone upscale but the staff are still down to earth. My wife and I really like the dealing with the really fit girl who does triathlons. What I like about the store is that it's consistent and the staff don't try to upsell.
Excellent service. The whole team clearly want's to see customer's bicycles working well. Steadfastly honest in estimating and agreeing on work before hand and contacting customers if unexpected issues arise before proceeding with repairs. High quality repair work. Very pleasant staff to deal with.
