I feel that WP is an honest shop. Also staff do not spew BS. I like the work James the bike mechanic performed on my bike at the Blvd store near 41st. I can order parts and they will arrive eventually. I am glad that I bought my Brompton at WP as I had planned to buy from JV over a nine month period but changed to WP a couple of months prior to my purchase at WP. Staff are geniuine and good people. I would suggest not selling Niterider products as I paid big bucks for one headlight only to have it stop working when the power button stopped responding. Frustrating! Poor quality merchandise, especially when it is expensive detracts from the store's business.
