I love the service at Varsity Cycles, and take my bike in for a tune up twice a year. The staff are always very helpful. It is easy to book a service appointment. The quality of the service is great; they suggest maintenance that will keep the bike in good shape, without ever recommending something unnecessary. When I have dropped in with an unexpected problem, they’ve often been able to do a fix until I got in for the tune up. My bike always comes back a much smoother ride.

It is always great to have a local shop take care of you - felt like I was getting personalized service, have used you guys on and off for over 35 years. for my full service, I thought I was getting overhauled bottom bracket and head set, and hubs, but you just cleaned the finishes (according to the Tech sheet) I perhaps could have been clearer about the workI wanted done. It is something that I can do, and enjoy doing. but I assumed it was a part of the service. Maybe they did, but just did not write it down. Packing bearings takes a bit of time. Bike works great, shifts neatly, love the new tires, etc. Thanks guys.
