I do my own service so only bring my big challenges to West Point Cycles. Time and again they’ve gone the distance to fix unfixable problems on my bike. Consistently the best service shop in town.

Quick service, reasonable prices, generous with advice and calm and organized during the crisis. Above and beyond.

WP Cycles (both locations) is a great bike shop!

For the past 20 years I've built and tuned my own bikes (and now e-bikes), so thus am usually around consignment/used bike parts places. But quite often I am in need of new and specific parts and tools and WP Cycles' expertise, great customer service, stock, and parts access have always been top notch and a godsend for me. Plus there is the convenience of living close by (near UBC).

If they started to sell and support e-bikes, I would definitely be interested!

I hope West Point Cycles are around for decades to come!
