The technician checked my bike right away so as to give me an idea of the service that would be done as well as the cost.

Two days before I was to pick up the bike a technician called to inform me that a new derailleur
was recommended and the amount of the added cost. I agreed to the idea just to be sure my bike would be safe to ride. What a lovely surprise it was to receive an e-mail later on indicating the servicing was complete and the derailleur was not needed after all. Super!

Technicians were very careful to keep their distance and to sanitize my bike before checking it out and before sending it home with me.

Very professional service. And the bike rides beautifully!!!

Great bikes. Great service. Hours can be limited but ok.

I would add the following to further improve service :

1) e commerce: be able to buy products directly on line and available for delivery (eg tubes, helmets etc)
2) on site service and repair (you come to us, repair and service at customer location). Transporting a bike can be a pain (!)
