It was impressive how quickly and effectively the company dealt with these that stands out. Many companies give lip service to customer service but at West Point, it’s a real thing. It was wonderful being able to call and actually speak with a person! My questions were answered patiently and knowledgeably. I had actually ordered an accessory that wouldn't fit the bike I had ordered, and this was caught before shipping. They suggested a replacement and even applied a discount! My bike was shipped earlier than expected and I am eagerly awaiting delivery. Thank you again for making this investment such a wonderful experience!
