Service is generally very good.
But I was surprised at the situation when I went into the West 10th store on the Tuesday morning. Although there were a lot of staff working, there was a long wait (20 minutes?) to speak to anyone. The first two staff members were not able to help with a relatively simple question (making sure I bought the right disc brake pads for an ultegra road bike). Afterwards I realized that because the store was closed on a Monday, this was the backlog of people wanting service etc.
To add to the frustration, one woman came in and jumped in front of 3 of us waiting by going up to a staff member and asking for immediate attention.
