I am very happy with my Trek e-bike. I bought it 3 years ago, I think. I stopped by the other day and they quite happily put air in my tires, greased the chain, and showed me how to grease the chain myself. I’ve always been pleased with the service there.
Brought my bike in for repair to fix a frozen gear shifter. It wasn't a Trek bike but they are so well versed they can fix anything on any brand. Did not overcharge me. Did not do more work than was needed. My bike runs like it was new. Great team of repair folks.

I am very happy with my Trek Electra loft 8i. Excellent cruiser for biking around Victoria BC. I had two broken spokes and brought the bike into the Victoria bike shop. They had me back on the road in a day even though they were booked up for a couple weeks in advance they were able to fit me in.
They are very responsive and fair with me.

I love the Trek e-bike - it's become our second "vehicle" for local trips all year which is better for the environment, not having to pay for gas, and I get exercise. I also really appreciate the great service especially since I live on Mayne Island and need to get back to the ferry!
