Staff was awesome from greeting us on a busy weekend to providing us with a great buying experience. We ended up with 1 bike from the Folsom FB store and another from the EDH FB store.
We went to 3 other stores. All which were very good but it came down to Folsom Bike had better staff, better experience and it is our opinion the Trek bikes were the best choice.

Great store, sadly they are being taken over and becoming a Trek corporate store.

Everyone is kind and welcoming it’s not just a bike shop it’s a vibe.

The sales staff was very helpful and they work well as a team.
I started with one sales rep and when he got busy another sales person took over. I wanted to make sure the first sales person got credit for the sale and they said not to worry as they all work together as a team. I was so impressed with them that I purchased two bikes when I intended to only purchase one.

I had multiple flats on my road bike and ran out of tubes. I was able to walk my bike to the Folsom location and with no money they gave me a tube. I assured them that I would come back after my ride and make it right. I did so and was very appreciative that they did that for me.

We just bought a bike for my 9 year old sons birthday. The service was fantastic. Everyone was very pleasant and went out of there way to make us feel comfortable and valued.
