I actually went over on Monday to get something installed and I learned the store was closed, except for pick-ups. The person was so friendly and genuine that I wasn't even upset. Came back the next day and it was all good : )
I bought my first bike there years ago and have always been impressed with their service on that bike and subsequent bikes. They (almost) always figure out hard to diagnose problems on the first attempt. Service prices are reasonable and staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Randy at the Main Street store helped me this weekend with selecting and purchasing a new helmet. It was great to have his undivided attention and his knowledge. He also gave me some great answers to questions I had about tools and repairs.
I purchased a Trek Dual Sport 3 in July of 2023. I am pleased with the tech support from West Point Cycles in Langley.
I went to one of the physical stores for some help and the reps there were very friendly and helpful as well. I have since bought more from the local store since they are so great!
