The quality of the staff members at the Trek Bicycle Store of Port Charlotte is outstanding. I have never been disappointed by the service that I have received at your store. For example, I stopped by the store last Saturday and Jeremy P. provided great service. He not only helped me choose the best bike mirror for my Trek FX3, which I purchased from this store last December, but he thoroughly explained the assembly. Jeremy actually assembled the mirror and demonstrated how I should attach it to my bike.

Fast and easy. The staff here was super patient with my family of 5. They got our oldest kid sized for his first big bicycle in perfect fashion. Wiling to answer any and all questions we had. Cannot recommend Trek of Pompano Beach enough!

I really appreciate that the staff there doesn't nickel and dime you for little things. I have had my bike tuned up there, and I have purchased a few parts for my bike. So on a couple of occasions I have gone in there because I have a minor issue related to my bike. Recently I needed help removing a brake disc off my front wheel, it required a star tool and the six little screws were really tight. In a few minutes, the guys helped me remove the disc and attach it onto the new wheel I had just bought. I offered to pay for their assistance, but they told me I owed them nothing. As a retired guy that needs to watch his spending, especially with today's inflation, I was really grateful. That was just one example of them helping me out with a minor thing and didn't charge me. Thanks again guys. I will definitely keep going there for tune ups, parts and equipment. Looking to get a new helmet in the next month or two.
