This is the 3rd tire/tube replacement I’ve had completed and they are professional in their interaction. They were quick with the repair and he explained why my tire failed. It was a very pleasant experience and we are thinking about buying e-bikes from them.

Brought a bike in to have an addition made, asked them about a tuneup due to it not running so smooth, they went above and beyond in a timely manner to address everything, very pleased!
Very friendly and attentive. Had a flat tire and brougt in rear wheel. Thought price was very high at $36 plus! Later told a tube is about $5 and it took all of 5 minutes to do job. Maybe not even that. FYI

Brought the bike in for a tune up. When I got the bike back, it rode smoother than when I first bought it (used). I am now going faster, with less effort, and shifting is as smooth as it can be. The shop only did what was needed, without any extra add one that were not required. I trust the people there to guide me as to the best option for keeping the bike riding smooth

I arrived with a flat and within 15 minutes, I was good to go and continue my ride. It made my day that I could keep going and not have to Leave and come back for it. They were so very thorough on checking things, and since I was so impressed with the store manager here on East Tamiani Trail in East Naples, he convinced me after explaining in detail the significant advantages to a service contract package that will save me a significant amount as compared to doing things ala Carte . Thanks again and I am confident that my bike will remain in to working condition. Thank you to both the lead technician and manager. HIGHLY recommend !!

The rear wheel hub on my Trek was jammed. A local mechanic recommended this store and it was absolutely the best. Not only were they able to fix the problem and at a fair price, but both mechanics clearly enjoy riding and fixing bicycles. We exchanged information about rides and repairs; it was enjoyable to do so while the repair was ongoing. A great store!
